Through the years Shaolin Kung Fu has gone by many names: Gong Fu, Chinese Karate, Shaolin, but the practice remains the same. At Shaolin Center of Martial Arts we practice the original martial art the shaolin monks used for hundreds of years to defend themselves, their sacred temples, and outlying villages from attack. Along with practical self defense, we practice the ancient healing arts, internal styles, meditation, chi kung, pressure points, tai chi, ba gua, hsing yi, animal styles, and the classical weapons to condition the body and the mind.
