One of the most famous, effective, and beneficial martial arts practice to come out of China is Tai Chi Chuan. Meaning the Grand Ultimate Method this ancient practice is considered a soft Kung Fu style. Some refer to Tai Chi as mediation in motion. Tai Chi form and breathing techniques are well documented in many medical studies to lower blood pressure, reduce stress, stimulate the mind, bring life giving oxygen to the body, and build healthy muscle and bone strength! Although Tai Chi also is a very effective Kung Fu fighting system. Attending our Wednesday Tai Chi class will teach you to bring both aspects of Tai Chi into your life. The health and longevity aspect as well as the martial self defense aspect. Attending our Internal I Jin Jing Chinese Yoga class on Saturdays will give your body flexibility, power, core strength, mental focus, and energy.
